Right now, all services are offered via secure telehealth across Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are in the process of expanding and will be offering in-person sessions in Massachusetts soon.

Currently we work with adults ages 21-70. We will be growing and will soon take all ages. 

Yes! We accept most commercial insurance plans in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We also offer private pay and sliding scale options to ensure therapy is accessible. 

The easist way is to request a consultation through our website or email. We'll talk about your needs, answer any questions, and make sure we're a good fit before scheduling ongoing sessions.

That’s okay! If your needs fall outside our scope of practice, we’ll connect you with trusted community partners to ensure you get the right support.

We are trained in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These approaches are flexible and always tailored to your unique goals.

Not at all. While we are a neurodivergent-affirming practice and Michelle is a Certified Autism Clinical Specialist, we welcome both neurodivergent and neurotypical people. Our goal is to create an inclusive space where everyone feels seen and supported.

Most sessions are 50 minutes, though occasionally shorter or longer sessions may be scheduled depending on your needs.

Life happens — we get it. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Yes. What you share in therapy is private and protected by law. There are a few exceptions where we are required to break confidentiality for safety reasons (for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others). We’ll review this fully during your first session so you know what to expect.

Just a private space, a good internet connection, and a computer or phone. We’ll send you a secure link before each session.
