You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own.
Therapy with me is a space where you can stop performing, make sense of what’s going on, and start building something that actually works for your life.

My work is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in real-life application. I’m not here to overanalyze you or keep things abstract — I help you understand what’s happening in your system and build tools you can actually use day-to-day.
I draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), but more importantly, I meet you where you are and adapt to what actually helps.
I know what it’s like to live behind a mask — to appear “fine” while struggling underneath. That experience, both personally and professionally, shapes how I show up in this work.
Clients often tell me they feel understood quickly, without having to over-explain themselves. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel grounded, and actually move forward — not just talk in circles.
You don’t have to figure it all out before reaching out. We’ll take it one step at a time and figure out what works best for you.
